Advanced AI processing is built directly into the recorder, eliminating the need for external analytics servers. The system supports perimeter protection on up to 8 channels, with up to 10 intelligent video system (IVS) rules per channel, enabling precise intrusion detection and event classification. SMD Plus technology across all 16 analog channels adds secondary AI filtering for human and vehicle detection, significantly reducing false alerts caused by environmental factors such as foliage movement, rain, or lighting changes.
Integrated facial recognition operates on up to 2 channels, processing as many as 12 face images per second. The recorder supports 10 independent face databases with a combined capacity of 20,000 face images, while capturing detailed attributes including gender, age group, eyewear, expressions, face masks, and facial hair. Each face profile can also store extended metadata such as name, date of birth, address, certificate information, and regional identifiers, supporting identity-aware security workflows.
Powered by an industrial-grade processor and running a stable embedded Linux operating system, the recorder offers extensive system connectivity and integration options. Dual Gigabit Ethernet ports support multi-address networking, fault tolerance, and load balancing. Additional interfaces include four USB ports (two front USB 2.0 and two rear USB 3.0) for backup and peripherals, along with RS-485 and RS-232 ports for PTZ control and PC communication. The system also supports 16 alarm inputs and 6 alarm outputs with comprehensive linkage options, enabling coordinated responses across security subsystems.
